Built in 1987 on the border of Torrance and Lomita is the senior community of Sunset Gardens. The building is one of the most affordable senior condo options in the South Bay and features 88 primarily 1 or 2 bedroom single level condos. There are a few three bedrooms but they are very rare. The homes range from approximately 651 square feet all the way to 1,600+ square feet. Due to the age of the building the conditions vary considerably from fairly original to updated luxury condos.
